Entering this yacht through cockpit door one will first notice the generous amount of outdoor space that is available for diving/snorkeling, fishing, entertaining, or marina watching. The Large swim step makes coming and going from the water easy and the covered cockpit is a great place to dry of before entering the comfortable salon.
Once in the salon enjoy a movie or sporting event on Plasma TV from either the leather L-shaped sofa or one of two barrel chairs. Friends and family will also enjoy the almost 360 degree view of the water through the large windows that surround the main living space.
Forward of the salon is the galley to the port side. The galley is equipped with every thing one could possibly need to create a gourmet meal. The Corian countertops and hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful and the overhead lighting shows his space off nicely.
To starboard, and just forward of the salon is the mini bar. Here you will find an icemaker, AM/FM/Cassette/CD player w/remote, sink, and beverage cabinet. The central location of the mini bar will certainly be appreciated while underway or at the docks.
Moving forward and down the steps to the living quarters you will notice the wide hallway and ample headroom as you make your way to the staterooms. To starboard is the spacious guest head with stall shower and electric head. Your guest will appreciate this well laid out bathroom, just be careful they may never want to leave!
Starboard of the guest head is the VIP stateroom. A couple will feel right at home here with large and lighted closet, nightstand, and extra storage space. The double berth will accommodate even your biggest of friends with the kind of comfort you would expect from Bayliner.
Forward of the VIP stateroom is the second guest quarters. Here you find upper and lower berths and enough storage to keep a weekends supply of belongs stowed securely away. The top bunk can also fold down to and made into a single stateroom.
The master stateroom at the end of the hall is expansive and airy. The overhead opaque hatch brings in lots of natural light and/or air. The large walk around double berth has storage underneath in addition to the 2 large hanging closets. A TV w/remote can be watched while lying in bed. The master stateroom also boasts its own head complete with stall shower/tub, electric toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity, and exhaust fan.
As you head aft back down the hall you will find a concealed combo washer/dryer unit. This is an extremely convenient option, its nice to always have clean towels and swimsuits onboard.
Back in the salon you may head up the pilothouse via the stairs to starboard. The smart pilothouse has a well laid out dash with electronics and switches labeled and within easy reach. You will feel confident maneuvering the yacht from here as Bayliner has thoughtfully designed the pilothouse for control and function. A leather L-shaped settee is located behind the captain?s chair and it features a removable table and storage underneath. The pilothouse also has tow sliding doors that lend access to the bow and make for easy access to dock lines or sunbathing.
The fly bridge can be accessed via the pilothouse or the cockpit ladder. The fly bridge has a custom full enclosure that keeps the elements out while giving you and your guest a commanding view of the surrounding waters. All the necessary controls are duplicated on the fly bridge. There is also abundant seating to keep all the guest comfortably situated while underway or enjoying a sunset. Aft of the fly bridge is a large deck hat accommodates the hard bottom inflatable. The tender can be easily launched using the electric davit located on the port side. This large deck has room stow your kayaks or other water toys as well.
Inside and out this is one fine Bayliner 4788. She has seen little use and shows little signs of wear. She has been maintained to the highest of standards and is a must see for anyone in the market for a large motor yacht.
